    I had a great stay! the room was spacious and really comfy, with all the essentials like a kitchen and laundry. the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help, which made my stay even better. I loved that there were shops just a short walk away-perfect for grabbing snacks or meals on the go. Plus, having free shuttle services available and in-room breakfast options made everything so easy and convenient. Honestly, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

    If I had to point out a couple of things for improvement, it would be the cleanliness of the balcony and the TV placement. A little dusting on the balcony would go a long way, and lowering the TV would really help with comfort while watching.

    The location at Quest was perfect for my visit to Bundoora Park Farm. Complimentary wireless Internet access was a pleasant surprise, and the nearby University Hill area offered a fantastic dining selection. Cons: Only one key card was issued.

    We had a fantastic stay for our family visit. the apartment we had was spotless and well-maintained. the private bathroom with a bath was a wonderful addition. Plus, the location was peaceful, close to Uni Hill factory outlets.

    Beautifully presented and modern rooms, with a lovely view of the valley. the staff is efficient, and the location is perfect, situated just off the main road. It's within walking distance to a shopping mall and several stores across the street.

    The apartment was huge and comfy, with all the kitchen supplies you could need. Convenient location with shops nearby, and friendly staff. the coffee and yogurt from the reception were delicious treats.

    Spent New Year's at a hotel in North East Melbourne. Loved the complimentary breakfast and parking, saved me some extra cash. Location was also great, close to restaurants and a shopping center. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance with directions.

    Not having great phone signal in the room was a bummer, made it difficult to stay connected. there were no nearby bars or pubs to ring in the new year.

    Great hotel with fantastic facilities, including a convenient car park, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a quiet location. The bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to many shops and restaurants, providing great dining options.
